Alfred is a personal automation tool built, owned, and operated by a single individual (the "Owner") solely for the Owner's own private use. Alfred is not offered to the public and does not have any users other than the Owner.
Alfred connects to one dedicated Google account (the "Alfred account"), created and owned by the Owner specifically for this purpose. Through this account, Alfred can read, organize, and send email, and read calendar/scheduling information, strictly as directed by the Owner.
Alfred separately has read-only access to the Owner's personal Gmail and Google Calendar, for the sole purpose of summarizing information back to the Owner. Alfred cannot send, delete, or modify anything in the Owner's personal accounts.
All data Alfred accesses is used exclusively to carry out tasks requested by the Owner (e.g. summarizing email, managing a calendar, drafting or sending messages from the Alfred account). Data is processed locally on hardware controlled by the Owner. Alfred does not sell, share, or transmit any accessed data to third parties, and does not use accessed data for advertising or for training any third-party model.
Authorization tokens are stored locally on the Owner's own machine and are not transmitted elsewhere. The Owner may revoke Alfred's access at any time via Google Account permissions.
